Today’s conversation is between founder Black on Black Education, Evalaurene Jean-Charles, and Rakim Jenkins, 10th grade US History teacher. We spoke about the need for innovation within the public education system. We also spoke about the need to put students in the driver seat. Allowing them take ownership over their education, arming them with transferable skills for their life after high school. It was an incredible conversation, one of my favorites and I can’t wait to hear how you felt about it.
