Who We Are

Mission

Our mission at Black on Black Education is to transform, revolutionize, reimagine, and recreate education for the Black Community by providing expert courses, conferences, and content that supports educators in being culturally responsive and anti-racist so that Black students receive the quality education they deserve.

Vision

We envision a just education system where Black students and students of color have the adequate tools necessary to be successful in their education; an education system where students love learning and see education as their opportunity to create the life of their dreams. For far too long, students have sat docile in classrooms with educators that failed to see them as brilliant, talented, and enough. There is no option but to change this. The education system of our dream puts students in the driver seat of their academic careers and integrates students’ passions in the curriculum to encourage creativity and diverse talents.
