Start Your Silent Revolution Now

The passion that made you become a teacher is being slowly snuffed out to the point where life feels confined to the four walls of your classroom and the four walls of your bedroom.

You are caught in a cycle of drafting your resignation letter, scrolling on Indeed, and escaping every chance you get; Doom scrolling, bingeing shows you’re not really watching, and going to bed at 8pm on a Friday night after topping off another bottle of wine.

Can you imagine ending your school day feeling energized instead of emptied, having spent your time teaching instead of just managing behavior, because you finally have the tools and the support to create a classroom you don’t need to escape from?

  • Imagine finally having the confidence to swap that lifeless textbook chapter for a Socratic seminar on a text that mirrors your students' lives, where students usually ask, “why do we need to do this?” turns into discussion, debate, and deep understanding.

  • Imagine the relief of sending a text, voice recording, or hopping on a live coaching call where your wins are celebrated instead of side-eyed, and you’re supported in making the concrete plan that reframes your behavior management nightmare into a powerful community-building opportunity, transforming student resistance into engagement by the very next week.

  • Imagine walking out of the building at contract hours with a clear head and a full cup, heading to meet a friend or hit a fitness class instead of straight to your couch to dissociate, because the day was filled with learning and laughs, instead of putting out small fires all day.

What if your biggest challenge was met not with another useless unresponsive PD, but with a coach who helps you tailor a real solution, turning your biggest point of frustration into your most powerful success story?

That’s possible when you join the Liberation Library, the online community for:

  1. New teachers trying to build their version of a revolutionary classroom but don’t have the support of their admin…

  2. Veteran teachers with one foot out the door running on autopilot that want back the spark they once had back…

  3. Any educator that has ever said, “it’s the system not the kids”

  4. All the teachers that are desperate to end the cycle of burnout caused by navigating this broken system alone…

Your $44/month membership gets you access to:

  • Two group coaching calls per month to get your personalized questions answered

  • Weekly responsive PD on challenges educators in the community are collectively facing.

  • A peer support community with educators aligned to lean on when the educators at your school are not the vibe.

I am a 6th grade middle school history teacher, and I became an educator out of a deep desire to support students in fostering a lifelong love of learning. But I quickly felt the crushing weight of navigating a system that did not share that goal, which is why I founded Black on Black Education and started my mission to help educators fight the system from the inside, using rigor and joy as a tool of resistance, without burning out.  It started with a whole lot of trial and error in my classroom, but eventually my mission extended beyond my own classroom. I’ve coached educators nationally and designed Student Action Board curriculum and facilitated it from NYC to Cape Town.

I’ve hosted 150+ podcast episodes and delivered workshops from the Hip Hop Education Conference to the Black Men in Education Convening, all to provide the practical tools and responsive coaching that help educators turn the theory into practice.  Educators I support report reclaimed passion and reduced burnout, while their students demonstrate a greater ability to use their voice to ask for the support they need. Through the Liberation Library I coach educators tired of being handed maps to nowhere, equipping them to build classrooms that guide students toward their own power, critical consciousness, and intellectual freedom.

  • You can have your school pay for it… here is a template email to send to your admin.

But if you won't pay for it, this community is MUCH less than what we spend on the coffee, celsius, wine, and weed we need to make it through the week let alone a month. Paying for your own coaching can mean paying for the support your school is going to keep not giving you.

  • Yes, at any time.

  • The Circle App.

  • Every second Sunday afternoon EST and last Tuesday night EST of every month (sometimes changed due to scheduling conflicts).

  • Are you ready to finally receive support to become the teacher you dreamt of when you accept your role?
