Opening Night Welcome Dinner: Our first gathering to set intentions, establish the vibe, and bring the group together in warmth and ease.
Friday Night In: We work hard and we twerk harder. A night to drop the armor, laugh, dance, and build bonds before deeper reflection begins.
Saturday Brunch + Mimosas: A soft start to the day. Time to wake slowly, connect organically, and ease into the work ahead.
Sunday Morning Yoga: An intentional close to the weekend. Movement, breath, and space to process what you’re taking back into your real life.
Luxury Touches: Silk pajamas, a personal journal, signature pens, and thoughtful details that remind you — long after the retreat — that you deserve softness too.

Full refunds (including deposit) are available prior to February 27th.
Partial refunds may be granted for cancellations through March 15th.
After that, all payments are non-refundable (if on an interest free payment plan, payments will be stopped but investment up until that time will be ).

Yes. Payment plans up to 24 months are available through Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay.

A private home rental with a mix of single and double occupancy rooms. Bathrooms are shared.

This inaugural retreat is open to women and non-binary educators only, to ensure comfort and safety in an intimate shared space.

I’m a middle school history teacher who got into education to help students fall in love with learning and quickly realized the system wasn’t built for that.
That realization led me to found Black on Black Education, coach educators nationally, design student voice curriculum across the U.S. and internationally, and host over 150 podcast episodes focused on helping educators fight the system from the inside, without burning out.
Through my work, educators reclaim joy, reduce burnout, and build classrooms rooted in critical consciousness and liberation. The Radical Retreat is an extension of that mission brought to life, in person, for those ready to choose themselves without abandoning the work.
