WHO WE ARE
Evalaurene Jean-Charles is a dedicated educator, advocate, and the CEO & Co-Founder of Black on Black Education, an education solutions firm supporting schools in using student voice and student-centered practices to enhance school and classroom culture. She is still in the classroom as a 6th-grade history teacher in the Bronx, where she continues to profoundly impact her students' lives.
