 With the Student Action Board, schools will experience an increase in attendance rates as students become more engaged and connected to their education. Behavioral infractions will decrease as a result of fostering a positive and inclusive environment where student voices are heard and valued. Classroom interruptions will be minimized, allowing for uninterrupted instructional time and improved academic outcomes. Moreover, submission rates will soar as students feel motivated, supported, and empowered to take ownership of their learning.

  • Book a Discovery Call:

Evalaurene Jean-Charles is a dedicated educator, advocate, and the CEO & Founder of Black on Black Education, an education consulting firm supporting schools in using student voice and student-centered practices to enhance school and classroom culture. She is also a 9th-grade history teacher in the South Bronx, where she continues to profoundly impact her students' lives.
